The manufacturing and assembly of the steel structure for a facility located in Wielkopolska Province, Leszno county, Lipno commune, Wilkowice precinct, over a newly designed S5 road in the Wilkowice Motorway Service Area. The main span of the footbridge is a steel structure – an arch with a bow and a Nielsen-type suspension. Pedestrians move under the facility. The span is straight in the plan, the platform has a constant construction height and is shaped in a convex vertical arch. The tenuous arch is made of two steel, round, parabolically bent pipes lying in planes inclined inside the footbridge. Arches made of pipes with a constant external diameter were rigidly fixed in the support crossbars of the footbridge and braced in the upper part with three braces in the form of straight, round pipes. The facility is adapted to use by pedestrians and disabled people, including people in wheelchairs.
