The manufacturing and assembly of a steel structure of the airport roof consisting of regular-shaped truss girders. The chords, columns and cross-braces of the girders are designed as box, welded from metal sheets. The main columns of the facility are reinforced concrete-steel hybrid columns, the form of which refers to deciduous trees. The trunk of the tree with a square section-section is welded from steel sheets. Square-section branches. The girders and columns work in the same way as the three-bay frame, whose rafter is formed as a lattice beam from elements with box cross-sections. Between individual girders, double-tee or box purlins with broken axes are alternately supported on the top and bottom chords. Individual roof slope fields are braced with rods ø24 and ø48. In the transverse direction, the structure is resiliently supported by roof bracing of the adjacent roof slopes. The longitudinal and transverse stiffness of the steel structure is ensured by 16 tree poles. The façade substructure is designed as steel with a column and rafter pattern, braced with ø20, ø30 tie rods. The posts are designed with a double-tee section of 120 x 400 mm and 120 x 300 mm, welded from steel sheets of various thicknesses. Rafters with 80 x 130 T-section, 80 x 130 C-section and 80 x 130 box section are fixed to the posts at a space of approximately 2.88 m. The façade columns are fixed to the reinforced concrete structure by means of a pivoting base and to the roof structure by means of a pivoting top. An exception is made for the northern façade, where the columns are rigidly fixed to the roof structure. The columns of the southern façade support the extreme girder of the building and transmit the loads from the roof.
